Germaine Brady Sr. — Co-Owner & Visionary Entrepreneur

Germaine Brady Sr. is a well-known local businessman and community builder whose ventures have shaped Southern Maryland’s dining and recreational landscape. As the owner of beloved establishments such as Annie’s Southern Kitchen and the region’s popular Extreme Jet Ski Rentals, Germaine has a long history of creating businesses that bring people together through exceptional service and memorable experiences. With LUX Sports Bar & Grill, he continues that mission by introducing a high-end, immersive venue unlike anything else in the area.

Leatrice Dawkins — Co-Owner, U.S. Military Veteran & Cigar Industry Leader

Leatrice Dawkins is a retired U.S. Military veteran and respected entrepreneur known for her leadership, discipline, and commitment to excellence. She is also the owner of Phoenix The Brand, a premium cigar company rooted in craftsmanship and luxury. Leatrice brings her expertise in brand development, hospitality, and premium lifestyle experiences to the LUX family. Her passion for atmosphere, quality, and community engagement plays a major role in shaping the LUX brand’s identity and guest experience.
